1. Services
Bike Service Online provides comprehensive motorcycle repair and maintenance services, including engine repairs, part replacements, and regular maintenance. All services are performed by qualified technicians.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled via phone or our website. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Bike Service Online reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for cancellations or no-shows.
3. Estimates and Payments
We provide estimates for repair services upon request. Final charges may vary based on the actual work performed. Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
4. Warranties and Guarantees
We offer a warranty on parts and labor for a period specified at the time of service only.”Please be aware that after we complete your bike we do not offer any warranty or guarantee on the repair work.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their motorcycle and its condition. Customers must ensure that their motorcycle is in a safe condition for repair work. Bike Service Online is not responsible for pre-existing issues not disclosed at the time of service.
